A Personal Connection: Timothy Chambliss’s Story
For CARBO employee Timothy Chambliss, the mission of Ronald McDonald House is deeply personal. During a difficult period in his family’s life, they lived at the Ronald McDonald House in Cincinnati for 18 months while his daughter underwent medical treatment. The support they received left a lasting impact, and ever since, Timothy and his family have been dedicated supporters of Ronald McDonald House and the Children’s Miracle Network. His story is a powerful reminder of the difference this organization makes—not just in communities, but in the lives of our own team members. We are proud as a company to support an organization that once supported one of our own.

Our Houston team rallied around a thoughtful and heartfelt initiative—assembling care packages filled with essential toiletry items for families staying at Ronald McDonald House Houston. In addition, employees tapped into their creativity by designing IV pole decorations to brighten hospital rooms and bring a little joy to young patients during tough times. It was a meaningful day of service that reminded us how small acts of kindness can make a big difference.
Middle Georgia: Community in Action
At our Middle Georgia facilities, employees embraced CARBO Gives Day with a full schedule of giving. The team organized a donation drive, collected pull tabs to support the house’s recycling fundraiser, and prepared a home-cooked meal for families staying at the Ronald McDonald House of Central Georgia.
